All our services are subject to the Logistics Service Conditions (LSV) 2014, inclusive of the arbitration clause as filed at the Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam on 2 April 2014 under number 28/2014. Pursuant to Article 2 paragraph 3 of the LSV, General Transport Conditions (AVC) apply in addition to the LSV to domestic transport and the CMR Convention, and the aforementioned LSV and AVC apply to cross-border road transport. Pursuant to Article 2, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the LSV, Dutch Forwarding Conditions, inclusive of the arbitration clause, apply to forwarding operations (involving transport) and customs and fiscal services. Disputes not covered by the arbitration clause and arising from or related to (the) agreement(s) concluded between the parties shall be settled by the competent court in Rotterdam. Dutch law shall apply.
